Job description

Video at Sirican spans everything from 15-second product reels to long-form brand documentaries. You’ll be editing content for multiple clients across formats — Reels, YouTube, corporate films, testimonials, and ad creatives. The output changes. The standard doesn’t.

What You’ll Actually Do

Edit short-form and long-form video content across client accounts
Add motion graphics, captions, transitions, and audio in a way that serves the story
Work closely with the content and social teams to match brand guidelines
Turn rough footage into polished, platform-ready content quickly
Stay aware of what editing styles and formats are working on each platform

What We’re Looking For

A showreel or sample work — that’s the application. We want to see pacing, instinct, and platform awareness. Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve proficiency is the baseline.

Bonus Points

After Effects for motion graphics. Experience shooting on top of editing.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on your experience and skill set, your responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Concept to Execution: Lead the design process from initial brainstorming and sketching to final delivery of high-quality assets.
Advanced Image Editing: Perform complex photo retouching, compositing, and color grading using Adobe Photoshop.
Vector Creation: Design scalable brand assets, including logos, custom iconography, and illustrations, using Adobe Illustrator.
Digital Solutions: Collaborate on web layouts and UI elements within Figma to ensure a seamless transition from design to development.
Brand Scaling: Develop and manage Canva templates to empower internal teams while maintaining strict brand integrity.
Multi-Channel Design: Produce engaging visuals for social media, email marketing, display ads, and print collateral.
Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising on quality or attention to detail.
