Job description

As a Video Editor, you won't just edit videos, you'll help shape how the brand looks, feels, and connects with its audience.You'll work closely with the creative and marketing teams to turn ideas, raw footage, and concepts into engaging content for social media, campaigns, events, and other brand initiatives.

This role is built for someone who is creative, curious, detail-oriented, and excited by visual storytelling. You don't need years of experience. You need a good eye, a willingness to learn, and the ability to turn raw footage into content people actually want to watch.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who doesn't see editing as simply cutting clips together.You should care about why a video works, what makes someone stop scrolling and how visuals, sound, pacing, and storytelling come together to create an emotion.

If you spend too much time noticing transitions, music choices, camera angles, editing styles or

why a particular Reel has millions of views, you're probably in the right place.

What You'll Do

• Edit short-form and long-form video content for social media, campaigns, events, and brand communication.
• Transform raw footage into engaging videos with strong pacing, storytelling, transitions, music, sound design, and visual effects.
• Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to understand briefs, concepts, and campaign objectives.
• Create content optimized for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and other digital channels.
• Experiment with different editing styles, formats, hooks, and trends to create engaging content.
• Work with footage from shoots, events, creator collaborations, and on-ground brand activations.
• Maintain consistency with the brand's visual identity across video content.
• Organize and manage raw footage, project files, assets, and final exports efficiently.
• Take feedback positively and iterate quickly to improve the final output.
• Stay updated with emerging video trends, editing techniques, formats, and creator styles.

What you must have

Freshers are welcome. A degree is not the most important thing here; your eye for content is.

• Basic understanding of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci
• Resolve, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
• A strong sense of pacing, composition, music, storytelling, and visual aesthetics.
• Creative mindset with an interest in social media, pop culture, music, events, and digital
• content.
• Willingness to experiment, learn new techniques, and get hands dirty with the editing
• process.
• Ability to take a rough idea or brief and figure out how to turn it into a compelling video.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to revise until the work is right.
• A portfolio, showreel, college projects, personal projects, or social media edits is a strong
• 0–2 years of experience. Freshers are welcome.
