Job summary

Lead Miles in Paschim Vihar, New Delhi, is seeking a Video Editor to edit reels, ads, and brand videos for various clients starting from week one with senior editor feedback.

This role focuses on short-form content and requires knowledge of tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut, and DaVinci Resolve. Candidates should be ready to work in-office from Monday to Saturday, gaining hands-on mentorship and access to studio gear.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of video editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve).
• A reel or sample edits demonstrating pacing, sound design, and storytelling.
• Understanding of short-form trends and platform specifications.
• Ability to iterate quickly based on performance data and feedback.

Edit reels, ads and brand videos for live clients from week one, with feedback from senior editors.

About the role

You will edit Reels, YouTube Shorts, paid-ad videos and brand films for our roster of D2C, travel and lifestyle clients. Work happens in-office at Paschim Vihar, New Delhi (Mon-Sat, two Saturdays off per month) so you can collaborate live with strategists, designers and producers.

What you'll do

• Edit short-form content (Reels, Shorts) and paid-ad video variants.
• Assist on brand films and longer YouTube edits.
• Adapt edits to platform specs, hooks and retention best practices.
• Organise footage, project files and exports cleanly.
• Iterate quickly based on performance data and feedback.

What we're looking for

• Working knowledge of Premiere Pro, CapCut or DaVinci Resolve; bonus for After Effects.
• A reel or sample edits showing pacing, sound design and storytelling.
• Understanding of short-form trends and platform specs.
• Speed, ownership and willingness to iterate.
• Available in-office in Paschim Vihar, New Delhi, Mon-Sat.
