Role Description

This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Junior Video Editor, located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region with flexibility for remote work. The Junior Video Editor will manage day‑to‑day tasks such as video editing, colour grading, creating motion graphics and collaborating with the creative team to craft impactful content. Responsibilities involve enhancing raw video footage, ensuring high‑quality standards, and supporting the production team in creating compelling visual stories.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Video Editing, including post‑production processes and software tools
• Strong skills in Video Colour Grading to maintain aesthetic and technical consistency
• Familiarity with Video Production workflows and on‑set practices
• Adaptability to collaborate with creative teams and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects / Final Cut Pro
• Portfolio showcasing previous video editing and motion graphics work

This isn’t a corporate editing job. You’ll be working on content that actually reaches people across brands and creators we partner with. The work is varied, fast‑paced, and gives you exposure to multiple formats and industries from day one.

What you’ll be working on:

Raw footage into polished short‑form content; Reels, Stories, reaction videos, talking‑head ads and podcast edits. You’ll own edits from start to finish and work closely with the rest of the team on creative direction.

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of video editing experience
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Comfortable with motion graphics
• Strong eye for pacing, cuts, and visual storytelling
• Someone who communicates well, takes feedback constructively, and delivers consistently

Nice to have:

After Effects experience. Not a dealbreaker
