Compensation

Paid onboarding (2 months): Rs 18,000 / month

Full-time after conversion: Rs 30,000 – Rs 35,000 / month (based on performance)

What you’ll do

• Edit Reels/Shorts and long‑form content
• Make cover images for Instagram reels
• Add motion graphics, sound design, and captions
• Deliver clean project files and meet deadlines

Must‑haves

• 1 year+ experience in video editing
• Strong AE/PR (or DaVinci Resolve) workflow/portfolio
• Speed, consistency, and eye for pacing
• Portfolio matching the reference style

Note: Ability to design thumbnails and graphics will be a major plus.

Work

Daily videos for now will fluctuate between 2–3 shorts or long‑form pieces. Long‑form timelines will be discussed. All shorts vary in type. Long‑form, except for the intro, will be simpler than the reference, focusing on sound design, VFX, and graphics (depending on requirements). 6 days a week, 9 hours; Sunday off.
