Job summary

Lead Miles in New Delhi is seeking a skilled video editor to own the edit bay for hero brand films, short-form ads, and case studies. You will mentor junior editors and interns, collaborating closely with strategists in our Paschim Vihar office.

Own end-to-end edits, craft hook-led variants for paid media, and uphold color, sound design, and motion polish standards while managing shoots-to-edit pipelines and archives.

Qualifications

• 1.5+ years of professional editing experience required.
• Mastery of Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve; After Effects skills preferred.
• Portfolio showing both performance ad cuts and brand work.
• Understanding of platform specs, pacing and retention.

Own the edit bay for performance and brand video across our top clients, and mentor junior editors.

About the role

You will own the edit bay — short-form, paid-ad variants, brand films and case studies — and mentor the junior editor and intern. The role is in-office at Paschim Vihar, New Delhi (Mon-Sat, two Saturdays off per month) so you can sit with strategists and turn briefs into work that performs.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end edit on hero brand films, ad creatives and short-form.
• Build hook-led ad variants designed to test in paid media.
• Drive colour, sound design and motion polish standards.
• Mentor and QC the work of the junior editor and intern.
• Maintain shoot-to-edit pipelines, footage organisation and project archives.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1.5 years of professional editing experience (agency, creator studio or in-house brand).
• Mastery of Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve; strong After Effects skills.
• Portfolio showing both performance ad cuts and high-craft brand work.
• Understanding of platform specs, pacing and what drives retention.
• Ability to lead a small edit team and ship on a tight cadence.
