Role Description The Video Editor role at Vervotech is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune City. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing raw video footage into polished content for marketing, product demos, training, and brand storytelling. Day-to-day tasks include assembling and refining clips, adding transitions, syncing audio, applying color grading, and incorporating motion graphics and visual elements that align with brand guidelines. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and product teams to understand creative briefs, maintaining organized project files, and delivering videos within agreed timelines. The Video Editor is expected to stay current with industry trends and propose new formats or techniques to improve engagement and clarity in visual communication.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing to handle end-to-end creation and refinement of video content.
• Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency, mood, and high-quality output across all projects.
• Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging titles, overlays, animations, and visual assets.
• Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) and motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects) is preferred.
• Strong storytelling ability, attention to detail, and an eye for composition, pacing, and sound design are beneficial.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, respond to feedback constructively, and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Relevant diploma or degree in film, media, design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is advantageous.
