Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Sagar. The Video Editor will assemble raw footage into polished, engaging videos for marketing campaigns, social media, corporate communications, and other client projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing media assets, selecting and trimming clips, adding transitions, titles, and effects, and coordinating video color grading to ensure visual consistency. The role also involves collaborating with directors, producers, and motion designers, incorporating feedback, and maintaining project timelines and file management standards. The Video Editor will contribute ideas to improve visual storytelling, optimize content for different platforms, and ensure all deliverables meet technical and creative requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production, including assembling footage and managing end-to-end post-production workflows.
• Proficiency in Video Color Grading to achieve consistent, high-quality visual tone and style.
• Ability to create Motion Graphics and integrate Graphics elements to enhance storytelling and brand identity.
• Experience with industry-standard editing and color tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or similar software).
• Attention to detail, strong sense of pacing and visual composition, and ability to follow brand and style guidelines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to respond constructively to feedback and work within deadlines.
• Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is beneficial; a portfolio or showreel demonstrating past work is required.
