Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Hubli-Dharwad. The Video Editor will be responsible for assembling raw footage into cohesive, engaging videos for campaigns, social media, and other digital platforms. Day-to-day tasks include selecting and organizing clips, applying transitions and effects, color grading footage, and integrating motion graphics and visual elements that align with project objectives. The role involves close collaboration with producers, designers, and other creative team members to refine concepts, maintain brand consistency, and deliver projects on schedule. The Video Editor will also optimize video formats for different channels, manage project files, and stay current with trends and tools in video production.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing.
• Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading and visual enhancement.
• Candidates should possess Motion Graphics and Graphics design capabilities.
• Proficiency with industry-standard editing and post-production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
• Ability to interpret creative briefs, follow brand guidelines, and incorporate feedback constructively.
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to work on-site in a collaborative team environment.
• Relevant experience in video editing for digital platforms; a portfolio or showreel showcasing previous work is highly beneficial.
• A diploma or degree in film, media, design, or a related field is preferred but equivalent practical experience is also valued.
