Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Mumbai. The Video Editor will be responsible for assembling raw footage, organizing media, and editing videos for various projects and platforms. Day-to-day tasks include trimming clips, sequencing footage, adding transitions, syncing audio, and incorporating visual elements as needed. The role also involves colour correction and grading, exporting files in required formats, and maintaining consistency with brand guidelines and project objectives. The Video Editor will collaborate with the creative lead to understand project briefs, provide input on visual storytelling, and meet deadlines while ensuring high production quality.

Qualifications

• Strong Video Editing and Video Production skills, including experience with professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Proficiency in Video Colour Grading, with the ability to correct and enhance footage to achieve a consistent visual style.
• Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to support storytelling and enhance viewer engagement.
• Solid understanding of video formats, codecs, frame rates, and export settings for different platforms (social media, web, broadcast).
• Attention to detail, strong visual sense, and ability to follow creative direction while contributing ideas.
• Effective time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant experience in video editing for the entertainment industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
