Role Description

The Video Editor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing raw footage into polished videos for digital campaigns, social media, advertisements, and brand storytelling. Day-to-day tasks include assembling clips, refining timing, applying transitions, color grading, integrating motion graphics, and syncing audio to maintain high production quality.

The role also involves collaborating with the creative and marketing teams to interpret briefs, align visuals with brand guidelines, and deliver content on schedule. The Video Editor will contribute ideas to improve video narratives, stay updated on trends, and optimize content for different platforms.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing to handle end-to-end creation of engaging video content.


• Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency, mood, and professional-quality output.


• Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create visual elements, animated assets, and on-screen branding.


• Proficiency with industry-standard editing and motion tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar) is highly beneficial.


• Strong visual storytelling abilities, attention to detail, and an understanding of social media and digital marketing formats are preferred.


• Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced team environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines is essential.
