Responsibilities

• Video Editing: Edit raw footage into polished videos using industry tools.
• Visual Effects & Graphics: Add effects, transitions, and motion graphics to enhance visuals.
• Sound Editing: Sync audio, mix music, and add effects for storytelling.
• Color Correction: Grade colors for consistency and quality.
• Storytelling: Maintain cohesive narrative flow and pace.
• Collaboration: Work with directors, producers, and designers to meet project goals.
• Asset Management: Organize video assets for quick access and reuse.
• Project Management: Handle multiple projects with timely delivery.
• Client Feedback: Incorporate client feedback into final delivery.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve editing software or render issues.

Pay: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Schedule: Day shift (with flexibility for occasional overtime during peak project periods)

Responsibilities:

• Video Editing: Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Visual Effects & Graphics: Add creative effects, transitions, motion graphics, and animations to enhance visual appeal.
• Sound Editing: Synchronize audio, mix background music, and add sound effects to create impactful storytelling.
• Color Correction: Perform color grading to ensure visual consistency and professional quality.
• Storytelling: Maintain a cohesive narrative flow and engaging pace throughout the video.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with the creative team (directors, producers, designers) to meet project goals and timelines.
• Asset Management: Organize and manage all video assets efficiently for quick access and reusability.
• Project Management: Handle multiple video projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and quality output.
• Client Feedback: Review and incorporate feedback from clients and internal teams for final delivery.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve technical issues related to editing software, rendering, or media formats.

Requirements & Skills:

• Software Proficiency: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve (knowledge of After Effects is a plus).
• Attention to Detail: Excellent eye for visuals, framing, and storytelling rhythm.
• Creativity: Ability to think innovatively and bring fresh ideas to each project.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate effectively with the team.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of video formats, resolutions, codecs, and compression techniques.
• Time Management: Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Multimedia, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
