Job summary

FRND is seeking a skilled Video Editor in Bengaluru to transform raw footage into scroll-stopping social content. You will craft Reels and Shorts, collaborate with product and marketing teams, and apply motion graphics, sound design, and AI-enhanced techniques to elevate brand storytelling.

The role requires 2–5 years of startup experience, strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and a portfolio. FRND emphasizes a fast-paced environment with six working days per week.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of video editing experience in startup or fast-paced environments.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Portfolio showcasing short-form social content.
• Fluent in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam, or Kannada.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Are you someone who can turn raw footage into scroll-stopping, engaging content? Do reels, trends, and storytelling excite you? We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team in Bangalore and bring ideas to life through high-quality video content.

• Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and in-app content
• Create engaging short-form content (Reels, Shorts, etc.) aligned with current trends
• Collaborate closely with content, marketing, and product teams to execute creative ideas
• Leverage AI tools to enhance editing speed, creativity, and overall output quality
• Add effects, transitions, sound design, and motion graphics to elevate content
• Maintain consistency in brand tone, storytelling, and visual identity
• 2-5 years of experience in video editing (startup or fast-paced environment preferred)
• Fluency in any one of the following languages: Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam, or Kannada
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
• Solid working knowledge of AI tools for video editing and content creation (required)
• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics
• Up-to-date with social media trends and evolving content formats
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Note: The FRND team works 6 days a week, with 1st and 3rd Saturdays being working days.
