FRND is seeking a Senior Product Manager – New Initiatives to own end-to-end development of new product ideas from validation to launch in a fast-paced startup environment. You will work directly with founders and collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, growth teams to drive momentum from concept to scale.

You will excel at identifying user problems, validating ideas with data, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact products that unlock growth.

Qualifikationen

• 3–6 years of Product Management experience.
• Experience building and launching products from 0→1 or owning major product initiatives.
• Strong product thinking to identify user problems and convert them into scalable solutions.
• Excellent analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete information.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager – New Initiatives to build and scale the next generation of products at FRND.

This is a 0→1 role, where you'll identify new opportunities, validate ideas, and launch products that unlock new growth for the business. You'll work directly with founders and cross-functional teams to solve ambiguous problems, create innovative user experiences, and take products from concept to scale.

What You'll Do :

• Own end-to-end product development for new initiatives, from idea validation to launch and scale.

What We're Looking For :

• 3–6 years of Product Management experience, preferably in consumer internet, social, marketplace, gaming, or startup environments.


• Experience building and launching products from 0→1 or owning major product initiatives.


• Strong product thinking with the ability to identify user problems and convert them into scalable solutions.


• Excellent analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions.


• Comfortable working in ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete information.


• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.


• High ownership mindset with the ability to move quickly and execute independently.


• Experience working closely with engineering, design, analytics, and growth teams.


• Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, and product metrics is a plus.

Note: The FRND team works 6 days a week, with 1st and 3rd Saturdays being working days.
