You will oversee PAN India delivery, ensure SLA adherence, and drive performance dashboards and continuous improvement. You will manage a 2,000+ strong workforce across locations, shape a culture of accountability, lead talent development, and partner with Product, Automation, and Finance to align strategy.

Operations Leadership

Oversee PAN India operations across multiple delivery locations. Ensure consistent delivery of SLAs and business outcomes. Implement performance dashboards and continuous improvement programs.

Leadership & People Development

Lead and mentor a workforce of 2,000+ FTEs across multiple delivery locations. Create a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous learning. Drive talent development, employee engagement, and retention programs. Ensure role clarity, career progression, and employee motivation across all levels.

Financial & Business Management

Manage P&L responsibility for RCM operations. Plan, forecast, and achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets. Implement financial control systems to ensure profitability and cost efficiency.

Client Excellence

Maintain high client satisfaction and service delivery standards. Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and drive client retention initiatives. Partner with clients to identify growth and innovation opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Product, Automation, and Finance teams to align operational strategies. Build strong inter-departmental relationships to ensure seamless delivery. Collaborate with HR for workforce planning and capability development initiatives.
