Candidate Profile:

• 20+ years of experience in US Healthcare RCM.
• Proven experience in senior leadership roles such as VP / AVP / Business Head / Operations Head.
• Strong experience managing large-scale RCM operations and teams.
• Strong P&L, client management, business growth, and operational leadership skills.
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred:

Experience managing 500+ employees and end-to-end RCM operations.
