Job summary

Mancer Consulting Services in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh, seeks an executive to own end-to-end Back Office RCM performance and collections across a 2000+ FTEs portfolio. You will drive delivery quality, productivity, SLA adherence and client commitments, while steering AI- and automation-led transformations.

This leadership role oversees portfolio-level financial performance, governance cadences, and data governance across RCM, with a focus on denials, AR management, and revenue realization.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of progressive leadership experience in large-scale operations.
• 10+ years of leadership in Revenue Cycle Management with strong understanding of collections and AR.
• Proven ability to drive performance, productivity and client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Back Office RCM performance and collections outcomes for assigned portfolios.
• Drive predictable delivery across quality, productivity, SLAs, cost and client commitments.
• Enable AI- and automation-led transformation by partnering with Product, Operational Excellence and Technology teams.
• Scale intelligent automation, denial prediction, auto-resolution and analytics-driven interventions.
• Own portfolio-level financial performance, including productivity, margins, cost-to-serve and investment effectiveness.
• Lead BI, reporting, advanced analytics, and data governance across RCM.
• Accountable for all people outcomes; lead a 2000+ FTEs operations team.

• Own end-to-end Back Office RCM performance and collections outcomes for assigned portfolios, including cash acceleration, AR performance, denials management, and revenue realization
• Drive predictable, disciplined delivery across quality, productivity, SLA adherence, cost and client commitments.
• Enable AI- and automation-led transformation by partnering with Product, Operational Excellence and Technology teams. Scale intelligent automation, denial prediction, auto-resolution, and analytics-driven interventions to improve collections efficiency, productivity, cost-to-collect, and operational predictability.
• Own portfolio-level financial performance, including productivity, margins, cost-to-serve and investment effectiveness, supported by rigorous performance management and governance cadence.
• Lead BI, reporting, advanced analytics, and data governance across RCM
• Accountable for all people outcomes. WIll lead a large Operations team of 2000+ FTEs

Preferred candidate profile

20+ years of progressive leadership experience in large-scale operations with 10+ years of leadership experience in Revenue Cycle Management, with strong understanding of collections, AR, denials, productivity and client performance outcomes.
