Three Across is seeking an experienced financial services leader to drive Private Loan Operations for a growing global real estate credit platform. This senior role requires hands-on leadership, managing large teams and delivering scalable, high-quality execution while partnering with US-based leadership.

You will oversee onboarding, servicing, reconciliations, reporting, and controls, building robust processes and strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• 13+ years in financial services, with private credit and/or loan operations experience.
• Proven experience leading large, multi-layered teams and senior contributors.
• Hands-on understanding of loan onboarding, servicing, reconciliations and controls.
• Experience with external counterparties, servicers and banks.
• Strong ability to collaborate with senior leadership across geographies.

We are looking for an experienced financial services leader to drive Private Loan Operations for a growing global real estate credit platform.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for a hands-on operator who can lead large teams, strengthen operational controls, and deliver scalable, high-quality execution while partnering closely with US-based leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large teams across private loan operations, including large-balance commercial loans and small-balance commercial loan portfolios.
• Oversee loan onboarding, servicing, reconciliations, remittance processing, exception management, and portfolio-level reporting.
• Drive operational efficiency, data accuracy, process standardization, and robust control frameworks.
• Manage relationships with loan servicers, banking partners, custodians, and other external stakeholders.
• Establish clear performance metrics, strengthen accountability, and develop team leaders and high-performing professionals.
• Partner with global stakeholders to improve workflows, reporting, automation, and operational scalability.
• Ensure timely issue resolution, audit readiness, and consistent delivery against business priorities.

What We're Looking For

• 13+ years of experience in financial services, with strong expertise in private credit and/or loan operations.
• Proven experience managing large, multi-layered teams, including team leaders and senior individual contributors.
• Hands-on understanding of loan onboarding, servicing, reconciliations, and operational controls.
• Experience working with external counterparties, including servicers and banks.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership across geographies and time zones.
• A demonstrated track record of improving operational efficiency, building scalable processes, and driving execution excellence.

Exposure to secured financing structures, high-volume loan portfolios, liquidity operations, or treasury-related activities would be an advantage.
