End to End in Loan Origination Underwriting Closing US Mortgage

Reporting to the EVP & Global Chief Delivery Officer, the SVP – Operations will play a critical role in scaling the business unit, improving margin, and ensuring client and employee satisfaction. The role involves shaping strategy and operations and taking ownership of the unit’s performance.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Drive excellence in governance, reporting quality, and escalation management across the business unit.
• Develop and enhance client cadence calls, and be responsible for high Net Promoter Score and client satisfaction.
• Lead initiatives to improve gross margin and associated governance.
• Drive sustainable growth from existing and new clients, with P&L responsibility for the business unit.
• Formulate business strategies, address operational bottlenecks, and achieve revenue and profitability targets in both growth and stressed scenarios.
• Support sales in sourcing new business from clients.
• Engage with stakeholders – senior leadership, customers, partners – and monitor external market, regulatory, and competitive conditions to drive improvements.
• Lead automation projects and seek continuous value‑added services for clients.
• Align priorities across sales, operations, marketing, and strategy functions.
• Ensure regulatory, client, and contractual compliance and secure satisfactory audit ratings.
