Qualifications

• 9+ years of portfolio management, financial analytics, investment strategy, or business analytics.
• Exposure to real estate credit, private credit, CRE lending, asset management, private equity, or related services.
• Strong financial modelling, quantitative analysis, and portfolio performance assessment capabilities.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; working knowledge of SQL, VBA, or other languages preferred.
• Experience preparing executive reports, board presentations, and investment analytics.
• Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate with global stakeholders, including offshore teams.
• Track record of process improvements, reporting efficiencies, and technology-led transformation.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/STEM; CA/CFA qualifications would be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead portfolio performance reporting, executive presentations, and analytical deliverables for senior leadership and external stakeholders.
• Develop dynamic financial models and sensitivity analyses to evaluate portfolio performance, returns, and risk exposure.
• Monitor portfolio composition and key loan metrics, including Debt Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR), to support informed decision-making.
• Partner with portfolio management, asset management, and cross-functional teams to deliver consistent, data-driven insights.
• Drive benchmarking, business plan reviews, and portfolio-level analysis to identify opportunities for performance improvement.
• Lead process optimization, reporting automation, data governance, and the adoption of AI-enabled solutions.
• Manage and prioritize team deliverables, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely execution across global stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 9+ years of relevant experience in portfolio management, financial analytics, investment strategy, or business analytics.
• Exposure to real estate credit, private credit, commercial real estate lending, asset management, private equity, or related financial services.
• Strong financial modelling, quantitative analysis, and portfolio performance assessment capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; working knowledge of SQL, VBA, or other programming languages is preferred.
• Experience preparing executive-level reports, board presentations, and investment-related analytical materials.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities, and collaborate with global stakeholders, including offshore teams.
• A track record of driving process improvements, reporting efficiencies, and technology-led transformation.
• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, STEM, or a related discipline. CA and/or CFA qualifications would be an advantage.
