VP - Human Resources for a Content Management KPO firm. Responsible for Talent Acquisition and Management, HR Operations, Behavioural Training, Admin Support and Compliance for the business.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with business leaders and managers to introduce specific HR initiatives and recommend HR solutions aligned with business objectives and strategy.
• Partner with the business to implement relevant HR operations supporting growth and manage end‑to‑end employee lifecycle with process improvements.
• Bring in and implement industry‑leading HR practices and structure, support leadership and coaching.
• Drive the execution of all components of the employee lifecycle – goal setting, performance management, promotions, internal movements, and exits – while fostering a high‑performing culture of growth and development.
• Facilitate end‑to‑end HR needs for the business, including Talent Management, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Staffing, Succession Planning, Organization Structure and Skills Assessments.
• Advise department and function heads on people growth strategies and initiatives to ensure retention and growth of high‑potential employees, including growth and development plans, top‑talent programs, organisational change, design and employee communications.
• Manage the end‑to‑end employee life cycle, including onboarding, confirmation, performance appraisals, grievance handling, employee relations and separation.
• Demonstrate effective staff retention strategies; attrition management will be a critical performance indicator.
• Review and analyse business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance and retention.
