Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Transformation Architect to lead end-to-end transformation across four pillars, from solutioning support to design, build and implementation. You will ensure the client journey stays on track, orchestrate cross-functional pods, and drive measurable value realization for assigned accounts.

You will leverage techno-functional depth to challenge designs, partner with C-suite stakeholders, and deploy AI-enabled digital solutions within a structured playbook, ensuring baselining

Job description

• Accountable for end-to-end transformation and value realization. Owns the full arc from solutioning support through design, build and implementation across all four transformation pillars, agentic process redesign (finance and adjacent functions), technology architecture, data foundation, and operating model change, with the Transformation Architect owning the architecture and data design and holding the feasibility line.
• Executes to the transformation playbook. Leads the transformation blueprint at mobilization and executes to it, the client always knows where they are on the journey and what comes next; drives the account’s wave calendar and cross-skilled pod.
• Makes the account foundationally green. Accountable for taking the account to foundational green, the stable, run-ready state on which transformation builds, with LDT executing the foundational practices under the account’s foundation pillar.
• Benchmarks and standardizes. Drives process benchmarking and adoption of leading practices, and leads standardization and harmonization across process, policy, technology and data, so every wave builds on a consistent, comparable baseline.
• Deploys the pod’s experts. Leverages LDT process experts and the Transformation Architect’s technology team for to-be process redesign and the implementation of digital solutions, assembling the right cross-skilled pod for each wave rather than building parallel capacity.
• Brings techno-functional depth. Has led and steered complex data and AI transformation programs and can credibly challenge technical choices and partner designs, with the executive presence to navigate C-suite stakeholders and steer ambiguous, multi-workstream programs.
• Client-facing agentic AI advisor. Acts as the trusted advisor to client executives, shaping and orchestrating the value roadmap for agentic transformation, defining the ambition, sequencing the use-case portfolio, and holding the line on measurable business value.
• Carries commercial accountability. Owns transformation booking and value-realization targets for assigned accounts
• Orchestrates across the delivery ecosystem. Not a standalone role; partners with Sales, DTAI Delivery, LDT, G Agentic SW and Digital Operations to co-design and implement new agentic and technology solutions, aligning commercial commitments with what gets built and run.
