Job summary

NVS Consultants seeks a seasoned production professional in electroplating for 24/7 operations. The role drives the line to the 85% OEE design point and targets above 90%, by optimizing bath chemistry, current density and plating time from sensor data, titration trends and research.

You will own conversion cost per tonne plated—covering metal, chemistry and energy—and ensure compliance with international or MNC audit discipline. 12–20 years in production is expected.

Qualifications

• 12–20 years in production with direct ownership of electroplating process control.
• Experience of working to international or MNC-standard audit discipline.
