Job summary

Energiteam Technologies in Chennai is seeking a proactive Project Engineer to plan, execute, and oversee electroplating plant engineering and automation projects. You will ensure timely completion, quality compliance, and cost efficiency while coordinating with design, procurement, production teams and clients.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams, preparing schedules and budgets, and maintaining documentation, safety, and environmental standards to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

• B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering or Diploma with project execution experience.
• 5–10 years of experience in project execution within electroplating / surface finishing / automotive manufacturing.
• Experience coordinating with design, procurement, production teams, vendors and clients.

Troubleshoot technical issues during project execution and provide solutions.

Maintain technical documentation, progress reports, and as-built drawings.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, ISO, and regulatory norms.

Support continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
