Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in Engineering Services, Digital Engineering, or Technology Services.
• Experience handling a large global delivery organization with 1,500+ employees preferred.

• Strong relationships with Automotive, Mobility, Rail, and Transportation firms.
• Experience working with USA and Europe customers.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced business leader to manage and grow the Transportation & Mobility business, covering Mobility, Automotive, and Rail services.

The successful candidate will lead engineering services across Embedded Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, Digital Engineering, and AI. This role will be responsible for business growth, customer relationships, delivery operations, financial performance, and leadership development.

The ideal candidate should have experience managing a large global engineering organization with 1,500 or more employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete profit and loss (P&L) of the Transportation & Mobility business.
• Own revenue, EBITDA, profit margins, and cash flow targets.
• Win new customers, especially in the USA.
• Grow existing customer relationships across the UK, GCC, USA, Europe, and India.
• Build strong relationships with CXOs, engineering leaders, and GCC heads.
• Lead global delivery teams and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Improve employee utilization, productivity, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Expand services in:
• AI and Digital Engineering
• Embedded Engineering
• Software Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
• Develop and grow strategic customer accounts.
• Build a strong leadership team and create a high-performance work culture.
• Represent the organization at customer meetings, industry events, analyst discussions, and partner forums.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 20+ years of experience in Engineering Services, Digital Engineering, Technology Services, or a related field.
• Experience managing a large global delivery organization, preferably with 1,500+ employees.
• Proven experience managing a large business P&L.
• Strong background in revenue growth, profitability, delivery management, and customer success.
• Proven ability to win new clients and grow strategic accounts.
• Strong relationships with Automotive, Mobility, Rail, and Transportation companies.
• Experience working with customers in the USA and Europe.
• Good understanding of Embedded, Mechanical, Software, Digital Engineering, and AI services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Engineering degree is required.
• MBA or equivalent business qualification is preferred.
