Job summary

Expleo Group in Bengaluru is seeking a Verification & Validation Engineer with 4-8 years of experience to join our engineering team. You will contribute to DO-178B/C compliant testing, develop test cases, and work with embedded C and RTOS platforms.

The role requires strong debugging skills, familiarity with testing at unit, integration and validation levels, and experience with testing tools like RTRT/LDRA, VectorCast, and Doors. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in CS/IS.
• Business Analysis certification is a plus.
• Strong understanding of DO-178B/C and software testing.

Responsibilities

• Perform verification and validation activities across unit, integration, and system levels.
• Develop and execute test cases and procedures; analyze results.
• Utilize RTRT/LDRA and VectorCast tools for testing.
• Apply DO-178B/C standards and ensure traceability.
• Work with test benches and simulators; manage configuration/change control.
• Participate in requirement analysis and defect reporting.
