Job summary

Expleo in Bengaluru seeks a Verification & Validation Engineer to support end-to-end testing activities for safety-critical software projects. The role demands strong C programming skills and hands-on experience with DO-178B/C guidance, along with test bench development and validation across multiple levels.

Ideal candidates have 4–8 years of relevant experience, with exposure to requirements analysis, test case design, and toolchains like RTRT/LDRA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in CS/IS or related field.
• Business Analysis certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with DO 178B/C guidelines and perform verification activities.
• Develop and debug embedded C code and test benches.
• Apply testing methods such as BVA and ECP.
• Execute tests at Unit, Integration and Validation levels.
• Ensure structural coverage, DC/CC and traceability.
• Utilize RTRT/LDRA and similar tools.
• Create and update test cases and procedures; analyze results.
• Manage/test configuration and change management.
