Job summary

Keka Inc. is seeking educators to prepare students for SAT/ACT/GRE/GMAT and IELTS/TOEFL, using creative pedagogy and to trigger logical thinking. The successful candidates will develop materials, provide feedback on mock tests, and manage classes while aligning with the organisation's mission.

Global education exposure is desirable, with strong English language proficiency. This role offers on-site teaching responsibilities and opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic learning

Qualifications

• Global education exposure desired.
• Graduation or post graduation in English language.
• 2–10 years experience coaching for SAT/ACT/GRE/GMAT and IELTS/PTE/TOEFL.

Job description

Faculty members are educators who have the primary responsibility of preparing students for the tests required for global education (SAT/ACT/GRE/GMAT and IELTS/PTE/TOEFL). The faculty members are entrusted with the responsibility of fulfilling the mission, vision, values, strategic plan and the educational philosophy of the organisation. The successful candidates would have the ability to utilise creative and inspiring learning pedagogy and to trigger logical thinking in students minds.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Use personal experience & prescribed pedagogy to drive student learning as required for the specific course
• Integrate real-life situations into learning experiences to encourage critical thinking
• Provide timely & constructive feedback on mock/full-length tests to students to drive continuous improvement in knowledge & scores
• Identify & use appropriate training aids to enhance the student experience and learning outcomes
• Recommend improvements in curriculum, pedagogy, learning aids, teaching assignments, etc., wherever necessary.
• Actively contribute to making/upgrading study material, test papers and assignments for the courses

Manage classes and learning environments:

• Maintain attendance records, and test score details for students
• Monitor and analyse student’s performance and provide useful guidance to students

• 2-10 years experience in coaching students in for the preparation of SAT/ACT/GRE/GMAT and/or IELTS/PTE/TOEFL
