Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; English Literature background a plus.
• Highly prioritise aptitude and analytical thinking over subject specialisation.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, with a sharp eye for patterns.
• A background in debate, MUN, writing, or SAT/GRE/GMAT-style reasoning is a strong plus.
• No prior teaching experience required — comprehensive training is built into the role.
• Compensation will not be a constraint for the right person — merit and impact decide it, not a fixed band.
