Job summary

TR Training And Consulting Services is seeking a dedicated Verbal Ability Trainer to help students strengthen English language, verbal reasoning, and aptitude skills. You will deliver engaging in-person and online sessions, create lesson plans, and provide constructive feedback to learners.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in English or education, possesses excellent spoken and written English, and has prior experience training verbal ability or aptitude concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Experience as Verbal Ability Trainer or English Language Trainer preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality training in Verbal Ability and English Language Skills.
• Conduct interactive classroom and online training sessions.
• Cover topics such as vocabulary, grammar, reading comprehension, sentence correction, and verbal reasoning.
• Assess students' proficiency and provide personalized feedback.
• Develop lesson plans, practice materials, quizzes, and mock tests.
• Evaluate student performance and monitor progress.
• Guide students on test strategies, time management, and exam techniques.
• Maintain attendance and student performance records.
• Stay updated with latest competitive exam patterns and teaching methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
