Job summary

The trainer will adapt teaching methods to different learning styles and provide regular feedback to build exam readiness.

Qualifications

Role Description

The Aptitude Trainer will deliver engaging, concept‑driven training sessions in quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and related test‑prep areas to learners at Veranda HigherEd. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include planning lesson content, preparing practice questions and mock tests, conducting classroom sessions, clarifying doubts, and monitoring learner progress. The trainer will adapt teaching methods to different learning styles, provide regular feedback, and support learners in building confidence and exam readiness. Additional tasks may include creating or refining training material, collaborating with academic coordinators, and participating in faculty meetings and workshops. This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Vijayawada.

• Proficiency in classroom delivery, learner engagement, and the use of teaching aids and digital tools.
• Skills in designing practice questions, mock tests, and structured lesson plans aligned with exam patterns.

• Relevant teaching or training experience in aptitude, test preparation, or competitive exams is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant discipline (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Management, Commerce) or equivalent experience.
• Comfort with using learning management systems, presentations, and basic productivity tools.
• Ability to work on‑site in Vijayawada, collaborate with academic teams, and participate in continuous professional development.
