Job summary

Orion in Goa is seeking an experienced training professional to deliver engaging sessions on reasoning, English speaking, business communication, and employability skills to high-school and college students. You will conduct batches up to 60 hours, run daily sessions of 4-5 hours, assess learning outcomes, and provide feedback.

The role requires traveling to assigned colleges, including remote locations in South Goa, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of programs.

Qualifications

• Native of South Goa.
• 4+ years teaching, training, or counselling students at high-school/college levels.
• At least 2 years as an English-speaking skills trainer.
• Industry professionals with 4–8 years in business communication training may apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training on reasoning skills, spoken English, business communication, and employability skills.
