Job summary

TR Training And Consulting Services is hiring an IELTS Trainer to deliver high-quality coaching for all four modules and help students achieve their target IELTS band scores. The role requires excellent English communication and a strong understanding of IELTS exam patterns.

You will conduct in-person sessions in Gurugram and Rajouri Garden (Delhi), develop lesson plans, provide feedback, and monitor progress in a collaborative environment with performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Prior experience as an IELTS Trainer or English Language Trainer preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Familiarity with IELTS assessment criteria.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
