SA Technologies Inc. in Pune is seeking a Vendor Analytics Analyst to transform vendor, contract, financial, performance, and risk data into actionable insights that support governance and cost optimization.

You will partner with internal stakeholders, IT Procurement, Finance, and vendors to improve data quality, reporting consistency, and decision-making. You will manage data, build dashboards, monitor spend and SLA performance, support renewals and negotiations, and drive cost optimization

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, IT, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in vendor analytics, procurement analytics, spend analysis, supplier performance, BI, or vendor management in IT.
• Strong analytical ability to identify trends and present actionable recommendations.
• Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of Power BI; experience creating dashboards and reports.
• Knowledge of vendor contracts, pricing, SLAs, KPIs, and compliance.

• Data Management & Quality: consolidate vendor, contract, financial, performance, and risk data; establish definitions and validation controls.
• Analytics & Insights: analyze spend, performance, utilization, trends, and exceptions; translate into clear insights for leadership.
• Performance Reporting & Dashboards: develop KPI scorecards, dashboards, and recurring reports; monitor SLA performance and service credits.
• Financial & Commercial Analysis: support spend analysis, forecasting, invoice validation, savings tracking, benchmarking.
• Risk & Compliance Analytics: monitor vendor risk indicators, contractual obligations, audit findings, and compliance status.
• Procurement & Contract Support: provide analytical support for sourcing events, renewals, negotiations, and vendor segmentation.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: partner with IT Procurement, Finance, service owners, and vendors to define reporting requirements.
• Continuous Improvement: standardize reporting, automate repeatable analysis, and improve VMO tools, data models, and operating practices.

JobDescription:

The Vendor Analytics Analyst will play akey role in the Vendor Management Office (VMO) within the Digital organization.This position will transform vendor, contract, financial, performance, and riskdata into actionable insights that support governance, operational excellence,sourcing decisions, and cost optimization. The analyst will partner withinternal stakeholders, IT Procurement, Finance, and vendors to improve dataquality, reporting consistency, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Management &Quality: Consolidate vendor, contract, financial,performance, and risk data from multiple sources. Establish data definitions,validation controls, and routines that improve completeness, accuracy, andconsistency.
• Analytics & Insights: Analyze vendor spend, service performance, utilization, trends, andexceptions. Translate findings into clear insights and recommendations forleadership and business stakeholders.
• Performance Reporting &Dashboards: Develop and maintain KPI scorecards,dashboards, and recurring reports. Monitor SLA performance, service credits,operational trends, and corrective actions.
• Financial & CommercialAnalysis: Support spend analysis, forecasting,invoice and rate validation, savings tracking, benchmarking, and identificationof cost optimization opportunities.
• Risk & ComplianceAnalytics: Monitor vendor risk indicators,contractual obligations, audit findings, and compliance status. Highlightemerging risks and track mitigation plans to closure.
• Procurement & ContractSupport: Provide analytical support for sourcingevents, renewals, negotiations, business reviews, and vendor segmentation.Maintain reliable records and decision-support materials.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with IT Procurement, Finance, service owners, and vendorsto define reporting requirements, resolve data issues, communicate insights,and improve vendor outcomes.
• Continuous Improvement: Standardize reporting processes, automate repeatable analysis wherepractical, and identify opportunities to improve VMO tools, data models, andoperating practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics,Information Technology, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or arelated field.
• Experience: 4–8 years of experience in vendor analytics, procurement analytics,spend analysis, supplier performance, business intelligence, or vendormanagement within an IT or technology environment.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze large data sets, identify trends andanomalies, reconcile information, and convert analysis into businessrecommendations.
• Tools: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge ofPower BI. Experience creating dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports.
• Commercial Knowledge: Understanding of vendor contracts, pricing structures, SLAs, KPIs,service credits, financial controls, and compliance requirements.
• Communication: Ability to present complex findings clearly to technical andnon-technical audiences and collaborate effectively across Procurement,Finance, IT, and vendor teams.
• Organization: Strong attention to detail, ownership of deadlines, and ability tomanage multiple reporting and analytical priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power Query,SQL, data modeling, or reporting automation
• Familiarity with procurement,contract lifecycle management, or vendor management platforms
• Knowledge of ITIL, supplierrelationship management, or similar governance frameworks
• Experience working with globalvendors and distributed stakeholder groups
