Dror Services Pvt Ltd. in Gurugram seeks a Vendor Manager to oversee onboarding of Service Delivery Partners and suppliers, ensuring alignment with project needs.

You will coordinate vendor registrations, maintain a supplier database, negotiate terms, and develop alternate sources to mitigate single-source risk.

This role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and the ability to manage timelines across multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, evaluate, develop, and onboard Service Delivery Partners, vendors, and material suppliers.
• Develop vendors having strong financial capability, adequate manpower/resources, required technical capability, and the ability to deliver quality services/material within agreed timelines.
• Negotiate competitive pricing, credit terms, payment terms, delivery timelines, and other commercial terms.
• Complete vendor registration and onboarding formalities.
• Maintain an updated vendor/supplier database with relevant commercial and performance details.
• Develop alternate vendors to reduce dependency on single-source suppliers.
• vailability of qualified vendors/service partners for project requirements.
• Competitive pricing and favourable credit/payment terms.
• Timely completion of vendor registration.
• Vendor database accuracy and regular updates.
• Availability of alternate suppliers for critical categories.
