SV Management Consultants requires an experienced Mechanical/Automobile engineer to lead and support EV/Hybrid vehicle packaging initiatives in Pune. You will execute vehicle packaging studies, maintain the master DMU, and ensure space optimization, high‑voltage clearances, and balanced weight distribution across the architecture.

Technical Requirements:
Domain Execution: Hands-on work experience in the domain of EV/Hybrid vehicle integration, component packaging layout creation, clearance analysis, and project timeline tracking.
Packaging & DMU: Execute complete vehicle packaging studies and maintain the master Digital Mock-up (DMU) to ensure proper space allocation, high-voltage clearances, and weight distribution.
Architecture Experience: Hands-on work experience in the layout, packaging, or project tracking of passenger cars or commercial vehicle EV/Hybrid architectures (PHEV, HEV, BEV).
Core Packaging Skills: Good understanding of vehicle packaging rules, high-voltage safety clearance zones, sheet metal/plastics interfaces, and ergonomic basics.
Project Tracking Knowledge: Familiarity with automotive product development gate processes, engineering change management (ECM), and release systems.
Regulatory Awareness: Basic working knowledge of regulatory, safety, and homologation requirements for automotive high-voltage systems and vehicle structures (such as AIS, CMVR, and ISO 26262 basics).
Tool Proficiency: Strong, hands-on proficiency in building, checking, and reviewing digital mock-ups using CAD/PLM software (such as Catia V5/V6, Siemens NX, or Teamcenter).
Project Delivery: Ability to handle assigned sub-sections of vehicle integration projects independently and deliver results within tight project timelines.
Team Contribution: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, supporting senior leads in achieving overall program deliverables.
