Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a valuation professional to join our growth-focused team.

You will contribute to diverse valuation engagements for financial and tax reporting, and intellectual property. You will develop and review valuation models across industries while guiding junior staff and coordinating with clients and the engagement team. The role emphasizes strong analytical ability, MS Excel expertise, and a proactive approach to business development and service

Formación

• Completed undergraduate degree with outstanding academic credentials.
• A professional designation including CA/CPA/MBA/CFA.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant valuations work experience.
• Sound grasp of MS Excel; advanced level usage.
• In-depth understanding of valuation principles.
• Experience with purchase price allocation and impairment testing of goodwill and intangibles.
• Advanced knowledge of using research databases like CapitaliQ, Bloomberg, Factiva, Thomson.

Responsabilidades

• Be part of our business valuation practice and work on a range of valuation engagements including valuations for financial reporting, tax reporting and compliance, intellectual property and intangible asset valuations.
• Develop and review valuation models of varying complexities for entities of different sizes operating across a diverse range of industries
• Work in a collaborative team analyzing client issues and recommending solution
• Prioritize your objectives and contribute to project execution and status reporting
• Provide guidance to, supervise and review the work of junior team members
• Directly liaise with and develop relationships with client and engagement team members

Role

The main objective of the role is to contribute to our business growth by developing and maintaining strong working relationships with key business decision-makers, providing guidance/expertise/training on various valuation engagements and lead the team towards excellence in service delivery.

Responsibilities
