Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. invites you to join our valuation services team in Indore. The role focuses on developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, guiding and training on valuation engagements, and leading the team to deliver excellence in service.

You will work on valuations for financial reporting, tax reporting and compliance, IP and intangible assets, building and reviewing complex models, and partnering with clients to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree with outstanding academic credentials.
• A professional designation including CA/CPA/MBA/CFA.
• 3–5 years of relevant valuations work experience.
• Advanced MS Excel skills and use of valuation tools.
• Experience with purchase price allocation and impairment testing.
• Proficiency with research databases (CapitaliQ, Bloomberg, Factiva, Thomson).

Responsibilities

• Be part of our business valuation practice and work on a range of valuation engagements including valuations for financial reporting, tax reporting and compliance, intellectual property and intangible asset valuations.
• Develop and review valuation models of varying complexities for entities of different sizes operating across a diverse range of industries
• Work in a collaborative team analyzing client issues and recommending solution
• Prioritize your objectives and contribute to project execution and status reporting
• Provide guidance to, supervise and review the work of junior team members
• Directly liaise with and develop relationships with client and engagement team members

Competencies and Experience

In order to be considered for this role your competencies will cover the broad scope of valuation services, leveraging your professional background and skills such as:

Completed undergraduate degree with outstanding academic credentials

A professional designation including CA/CPA/MBA/CFA

3 to 5 years of relevant valuations work experience

Sound grasp of MS Excel; a natural interest in working and learning to use it to an advanced level

In-depth understanding of valuation principles

Experience with purchase price allocation and impairment testing of goodwill and intangibles as per various accounting standards

Advanced knowledge of using various research databases like CapitaliQ, Bloomberg, Factiva, Thomson etc.

Excellent analytical, project management and teamwork competencies
