Job summary

Consolidated Analytics in Chennai is seeking a detail-oriented Loan Document Reviewer to join our mortgage operations team. You will review and validate loan files, ensure completeness, and prepare submissions for underwriting.

The ideal candidate holds a degree, exhibits strong English communication and analytical skills, and is comfortable working in shifts. This role focuses on accuracy and process improvement within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of reviewing and analyzing mortgage-related documents, including Loan Applications, Credit Reports, Appraisal Reports, (AVMs), Note, Closing Disclosure, Insurance, Title Commitment, Business Entity documents.

Responsibilities

• Collecting required loan documentation from Borrower, Insurance company and Title company and submit loan to underwriting.
• Validation of required documents is in the loan file and is accurate.
