Job summary

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Minimum 34 years of experience in team handling/management.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in underwriting (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. mortgage underwriting processes and guidelines.
  • Hands-on experience in conventional loan underwriting (mandatory).
  • Knowledge of FHA and VA loan underwriting (preferred).
  • Thorough understanding of U.S. federal and state compliance regulations.
  • Experience in client handling and stakeholder communication.
  • Expertise in income calculation, asset evaluation, credit review, and appraisal analysis.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, LOS, LMS, and Selling Guide tools.
  • Understanding of ISO-level reporting and documentation standards.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and reporting skills.
  • High attention to detail with problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to handle escalations and manage pressure situations.
  • Willingness to work in shifts.

Responsibilities
