Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge in reviewing and analyzing mortgage-related documents, including Loan Applications, Credit Reports, Appraisal Reports, Automated Valuation Models (AVMs), Mortgage Statements, Property Detail Reports, Open Lien Reports, and Bankruptcy PACER Reports.
• In-depth knowledge of the Initial Credit Decision (ICD) and underwriting review process, with the ability to assess borrower eligibility and identify potential credit risks.
• Perform comprehensive document verification and ensure accurate data entry and validation within the Loan Origination System (LOS).
• Conduct preliminary borrower assessments based on the documentation to determine initial loan eligibility.
• Order third party reports AVMs, Property Detail Report, Open Lien Report, and Bankruptcy PACER Report.
