Job summary

LTM, based in Navi Mumbai, is seeking a seasoned Utilities Domain Consultant to drive consulting on Work Management, Asset Management and Field Management. You will support RFPRFI responses, presales solutioning, and client advisory to shape winning proposals with target operating models and measurable value propositions.

You will lead discovery workshops, develop solution narratives, and create value propositions aligned to client priorities such as reliability, safety, cost, and compliance,

Qualifications

• Seasoned consultant with deep utilities operations knowledge.
• Experience in Work Management, Asset Management and Field Management.

Responsibilities

• PreSales RFPRFI Deal Shaping.
• Own/Contribute to RFPRFI RFQ responses for utilities-focused work, asset and field management scopes.
• Develop solution narratives, win themes and value propositions aligned to client priorities.
• Lead discovery workshops with client stakeholders across Operations, Maintenance, Field Services and IT.
• Support solution walkthroughs, demos, and executive presentations.
• Create effort sizing models, staffing plans and assumptions for AMS/AD programs.
• Partner with sales and solution teams to shape commercial constructs and transition approaches.
