Expertise in gas, electric, water utilities, and CIS/MDS systems (Oracle CCB, SAP ISU, MDM) is essential. You will drive target operating models and digital transformation roadmaps for asset-intensive operations.

Qualifications

• Seasoned utilities consulting with domain knowledge in gas, electric, water, and distribution.
• Strong experience with Meter to Cash processes and CIS/MDM systems.
• Proven ability to shape proposals via target operating models and roadmaps.
• Experience in pre-sales, solution design, and client-facing delivery.

Responsibilities

• PreSales RFPRFI deal shaping and response contributions.
• Develop solution narratives, win themes, and value propositions.
• Lead discovery workshops with client stakeholders across operations.
• Support solution walkthroughs, demos, and executive presentations.
• Create effort sizing models, staffing plans for AMS/AD programs.
• Collaborate with sales to shape commercial constructs and transitions.

We are looking for a seasoned Strong Utilities Industry Consulting (Gas, Electric, Water, distribution, retail), Meter 2 Cash (CIS systems like Oracle CCB/ SAP ISU, MDM), RFP/RFI experience.

Good to have skills: Pre-sales, Project Delivery, Onsite client interfacing Experience.

The role requires deep utility operations knowledge strong consulting skills and the ability to shape winning proposals by defining target operating models digital transformation roadmaps and measurable value propositions across assetintensive utility operations.
