Job summary

Sharp Brains seeks a UI/UX Designer in India to craft intuitive interfaces for web and mobile apps. You will translate complex requirements into clean, responsive designs, create wireframes and high-fidelity mockups, and help shape design systems with reusable components.

• Understanding of UX principles, usability, accessibility, and interaction design.
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems and reusable UI components.
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend development concepts.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into simple and intuitive user experiences.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working on large-scale or high-complexity enterprise projects.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise applications and digital transformation projects.
• Knowledge of WCAG/accessibility standards.
• Experience with design systems such as Material Design.
• Basic understanding of React, Angular, or other frontend frameworks.
• Experience conducting usability testing and incorporating user feedback.
• Relevant UI/UX or design certification is an advantage.
