Job summary

Sharp Brains is seeking a skilled UI/UX designer to craft intuitive interfaces for web and mobile apps. You will translate complex requirements into clean UI concepts, create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs, and help build and maintain robust design systems.

You will collaborate with analysts, architects, developers, and PMs, ensuring accessibility, responsiveness, and consistency across products. This role emphasizes stakeholder collaboration and delivering assets to implementers.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills

• Strong experience in User Interface Design and UX/UI Design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
• Strong knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
• Experience designing responsive web and mobile interfaces.
• Understanding of UX principles, usability, accessibility, and interaction design.
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems and reusable UI components.
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend development concepts.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into simple and intuitive user experiences.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working on large-scale or high-complexity enterprise projects.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise applications and digital transformation projects.
• Knowledge of WCAG/accessibility standards.
• Experience with design systems such as Material Design.
• Basic understanding of React, Angular, or other frontend frameworks.
• Experience conducting usability testing and incorporating user feedback.
• Relevant UI/UX or design certification is an advantage.
