Job summary

Sharp Brains is seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, visually consistent interfaces for web and mobile applications. You will translate business requirements into effective UI designs, produce wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and contribute to design systems.

You will collaborate with analysts, architects, developers, and project managers, ensure responsive designs across platforms, apply usability and accessibility best practices, and provide UI specs to support implementation.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise applications and digital transformation projects.
• Knowledge of WCAG/accessibility standards.
• Experience with design systems such as Material Design.
• Basic understanding of React, Angular, or other frontend frameworks.
• Experience conducting usability testing and incorporating user feedback.
• Relevant UI/UX or design certification is an advantage.

• Understanding of UX principles, usability, accessibility, and interaction design.
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems and reusable UI components.
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend development concepts.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into simple and intuitive user experiences.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working on large-scale or high-complexity enterprise projects.
