Job summary

Sharp Brains is looking for a UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive interfaces for enterprise applications. You will translate requirements into polished visuals, build wireframes and high-fidelity designs, and help maintain robust design systems and components.

You will collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, developers, and project managers to ensure responsive, accessible, and consistent user experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually consistent web and application interfaces.
• Translate business and functional requirements into effective UI designs.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guidelines.
• Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, developers, and project managers.
• Ensure designs are responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
• Apply usability, accessibility, and user-centered design principles.
• Conduct design reviews and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
• Ensure consistency across screens, workflows, and digital products.
• Support developers during implementation and provide UI specifications/assets.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in User Interface Design and UX/UI Design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
• Strong knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
• Experience designing responsive web and mobile interfaces.
• Understanding of UX principles, usability, accessibility, and interaction design.

Qualifications

• Relevant UI/UX or design certification is an advantage.
