Job summary

Sharp Brains is looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to design intuitive interfaces for enterprise applications. You will translate business requirements into visual, usable designs and contribute to wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes.

You will collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, developers, and project managers, develop design systems, ensure accessibility, and maintain consistency across screens across devices. Proficiency in Figma/Sketch required.

Qualifications

• Strong wireframing, prototyping and visual design skills.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in User Interface Design and UX/UI Design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
• Strong knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.

• Understanding of UX principles, usability, accessibility, and interaction design.
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems and reusable UI components.
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend development concepts.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into simple and intuitive user experiences.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working on large-scale or high-complexity enterprise projects.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise applications and digital transformation projects.
• Knowledge of WCAG/accessibility standards.

• Basic understanding of React, Angular, or other frontend frameworks.
• Experience conducting usability testing and incorporating user feedback.
• Relevant UI/UX or design certification is an advantage.
