Job summary

Sharp Brains in Kerala is seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive interfaces for web and mobile. You will translate business requirements into effective designs, create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and help develop design systems and style guidelines.

You will collaborate with analysts, solution architects, developers, and managers to ensure responsive designs across devices, applying usability and accessibility best practices and providing UI specifications for implementation.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise applications and digital transformation projects.
• Knowledge of WCAG/accessibility standards.
• Experience with design systems such as Material Design.
• Basic understanding of React, Angular, or other frontend frameworks.
• Experience conducting usability testing and incorporating user feedback.
• Relevant UI/UX or design certification is an advantage.

• Understanding of UX principles, usability, accessibility, and interaction design.
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems and reusable UI components.
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend development concepts.

• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working on large-scale or high-complexity enterprise projects.
