We are seeking an experienced candidate to join the SOLIDWORKS User Experience Design Team. SOLIDWORKS leads the global 3D computer-aided design (CAD) industry with easy-to-use 3D software that trains and supports the world's engineering and design teams as they drive tomorrow's product innovation.
You will work closely with various stakeholders to help quickly identify and resolve UX problems, while actively participating in user feedback activities. The UX Designer is responsible for defining easy to use user interfaces for the next generation of CAD and data management applications.
As a member of a multi-disciplinary User Experience (UX) Design team, you will be responsible for all aspects of UX and usability for SOLIDWORKS mechanical design software products. You will be responsible for engaging and developing professional solutions, by providing UX support from initial design to product release. You are required to have a strong background in CAD. Knowledge of SOLIDWORKS design / 3DModelling will be good to have.
